Who is my agent?
When you join the program, The Richardson Group in Dover, New Hampshire is your agent.

Why is there a corporate discount?
The program provides a discount to participating members because it is less expensive to bill through an automatic deduction / withdrawal plan.

How do my employees know when the payroll deduction will begin and how much will it be?
Before anything is taken from your employee's paycheck, he/she will receive written confirmation that tells the exact amount of the premium and when the deduction will begin. If any changes are made to the policies during the course of the year, the company will send a notice detailing the changes.
