John Gray, President, The Richardson
Group
John has more than 20 years experience in
the insurance business. He spent the first
13 years of his career at an agency that
focused on the ski industry and quickly
recognized the importance of taking a proactive
approach to minimizing risk. Later, John
moved on to apply the same "Prevention
First®" principles to three other sports-oriented
industries: ice rinks, ski slopes and health
clubs. Working with Connecticut-based law
firm Edwards & Angell, John developed
risk management programs recognized for
their success at helping prevent accidents

A
native of Canada, John came to the United
States to attend the University of New Hampshire
on a hockey scholarship. After graduation,
he signed a professional contract with the
Toronto Maple Leafs and later played five
years in the World Hockey Association (WHA)
with Phoenix, Houston and, finally, the
Winnipeg Jets. John is a member of the UNH
Hall of Fame.
Kathy
St. Laurent, CPCU, AIM, CPIW – Vice
President, Commercial Lines
Kathy is a member of the senior management
team for The Richardson Group and is responsible
for the management of the Commercial Lines
and Marketing departments. She has 25 years
of commercial experience that includes 13
years with a large broker specializing in
insurance for the ski industry.
Kathy
is a member of the Chartered Property and
Casualty Underwriters, National Association
of Insurance Women and the Seacoast Insurance
Women. She enjoys sports and volunteer work.
Pam
Dow, CIC, AAI – Account Executive
Pam has more than 21 years experience
in the insurance industry as an underwriter
and account executive. Pam focuses her efforts
on our ski resort and ice rink customers,
having specialized in ski program business
for 15 years with a large national broker.
